Students work through self-paced modules then apply their knowledge to create a unique project using and building on skills they learned to make authentic computational artifacts. Learn the basics of how a computer works, its components, and the software that powers them.
Create a static website with some animation & functionality.
We will show you the components of a computer including hardware, operating systems, networks, and beginner web development skills. Learn about the history of the internet and programming languages, and about the different types of languages.
Learn about programs and operating systems & file saving and hierarchy. Introduction to encoding, data types, and machine languages HTML5, CSS, Javascript Introduction. You’ll be able to create any type of page layout you want.
This is a two-week camp with AM, PM, and Full Day session options.
- AM: 9 AM - 12:30 PM with option for early check at 8 AM ($850 for two-week session)
- PM: 1:30 PM - 5 PM with option for late check out at 6 PM ($850 for two week session)
- Full Day: 9 AM - 5 PM with option for early check-in and late check-out ($1700 for two week session)
